Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will not receive a refund.
A $400 damage/cleaning deposit is required in advance. This deposit will be returned after check-out, provided no damages or cleaning fees are incurred.
The shack is equipped with safety devices (smoke alarm, CO2 alarm, fire extinguisher). Do not tamper with these unless in an emergency.
Do not leave the furnace lit unattended.
Keep all items away from the heater to prevent fire hazards.
Clean the shack thoroughly before departure, following the cleaning checklist.
Dispose of all garbage off the ice. Do not leave any waste behind.
Smoking or vaping inside the shack is prohibited.
Use the porta potty provided. Do not urinate or dump liquids on the ice.
Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the shack for overnight stays only, per Alberta law.
Ensure noise levels are respectful after 10 PM.
Pets are not allowed in the shacks.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the shack, gear, or amenities.
As a user, you have the following rights:
Access and Update: Request access to or updates to your personal information.
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
